1935-2012. Bill Scott PPRSA FRBS DA was a well-known Scottish sculptor, working mainly in wood and bronze. His main interest was in the human experience, and this was a theme that ran throughout his pieces. He was Head of School of Sculpture, and then became the first Professor of Sculpture at Edinburgh College of Art. He exhibited both nationally and internationally, creating smaller works alongside those for public spaces.
