David Foggie RSA (1878-1948) was a Scottish artist who studied at Dundee College of Art. He later joined the Dundee Graphic Arts Association. He also studied at the Antwerp Academy. On his return from the Continent, he settled in Fife and helped found the Tayport Artists Circle. He was also a tutor at Edinburgh College of Art.
