Glasgow 850

“Glasgow 850" is a year-long celebration taking place throughout 2025, marking the 850th anniversary of Glasgow gaining Burgh status in 1175. During this milestone year, the city will host a large number of events and activities that honour and reflect upon Glasgow’s rich history, dynamic present and ambitious future.
