Ken Currie

B. 1960 and graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 1983. His early work focused on industrial Glasgow, and later after being affected by events in eastern Europe, his work has turned to look at the human condition. Currie's paintings can be seen in the collections of The Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art; The National Library of Scotland, Edinburgh; The New York Public Library; The Yale Center for British Art, New Haven; Campbelltown Museum, Australia and the Boston Museum of Fine Art. He has shown with Compass Gallery and Cyril Gerber Fine Art, Glasgow.
