Graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, Lara draws the natural world - mainly birds and animals, preferring to draw from life. She is the winner of the Pastel Society's Young Artist Award and the James Torrance Memorial Award. She is a regular exhibitor with Gerber Fine Art and Compass Gallery, Glasgow.
